1957 Topps Don Drysdale

This 1957 Topps Don Drysdale rookie card is the first card of one of the most dominant pitchers of the 1960s. Coming from the same 1957 Topps baseball card set as the rookie cards of both Frank Robinson and Brooks Robinson, this card is slightly underrated amongst vintage baseball card collectors. It is an affordable mark for any 1950s baseball card collector and it a great target for Dodgers collectors. A nine time All Star and a three time World Champion, Drysdale teamed with Sandy Koufax to make the Brooklyn/Los Angeles Dodgers a powerhouse in the late fifties and early sixties. The 1962 Cy Young Award winner was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1984.
