1958-59 Topps Bobby Hull

This 1958-59 Topps Bobby Hull rookie card is the first card of the player known as The Golden Jet. One of the most expensive base hockey cards ever produced, this Bobby Hull rookie can cost thousands of dollars in the right condition. Only the most serious of hockey card collectors are lucky enough to have this rookie card in their collection. Interestingly enough, exactly forty years later, Topps issued the 1988-89 Brett Hull rookie card. Brett Hull is Bobby Hull's son and both rookie cards are number 66 of their respective sets. Bobby Hull was a two time NHL MVP and won the Stanley Cup with the Chicago Blackhawks in 1961. Inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 1983, Hull had over 600 career goals.
