1961 Topps Juan Marichal

This 1961 Topps Juan Marichal rookie card is the first card of the Dominican right hander. One of the top rookies from the 1961 Topps baseball card set, this card is relatively affordable on the open market. Because it is a vintage rookie card of a Hall of Famer, this card is a great target for any baseball card collector, especially San Francisco Giant collectors. Marichal, a ten time All Star, was unfortunately most famous for beating Johnny Roseboro with a baseball bat during a Giants-Dodgers game in 1965. Despite this incident, he was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1983.
