Topps This 1961 Topps Ron Santo rookie card is the first card of the Chicago Cubs legend. One of the top rookie cards of the 1961 Topps baseball card set, this one can be very popular with vintage card collectors. Nevertheless, Cubs fans who want to add this card to their collection could find a beat up specimen at a very reasonable price. The nine time All Star third baseman and five time Gold Glove Winner spent his entire career in Chicago (one season for the White Sox). He is considered one of the top third baseman of all time despite retiring at the age of 34. Unfortunately for Cubs fans, Santo has not made it into the Hall of Fame.
