1971 Topps Bert Blyleven

This 1971 Topps Bert Blyleven rookie card is the first card of one of the most underrated pitchers of all time. Possibly the best rookie card from the 1971 Topps baseball card set, this card can be very affordable on the open market but because cards from that year were particularly hard to keep in mint condition, it could demand a premium in top condition. Blyleven was a two time All Star in a career spanning more than two decades. A World Series Champion in 1979 with the Pittsburgh Pirates and 1987 with the Minnesota Twins, Blyleven ended his career with over 3700 strikeouts. A curveball specialist, Blyleven threw a no-hitter in 1977 as a member of the Texas Rangers.
