1978 Topps Paul Molitor/Alan Trammell

This 1978 Topps Rookie Shortstops card is the rookie card of not one, but two great players. Not only is the one of the best cards of the 1970s but it is also a very affordable card considering it is the rookie card of two of the better ballplayers of the era. It is a great buy target for any baseball card collector and is a must for any Paul Molitor or Detroit Tigers collector. Most famous as a member of the Milwaukee Brewers, Molitor would go on to be elected to the All Star team seven times and was named the World Series MVP in 1993 as a member of the Toronto Blue Jays. He was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 2004. Trammel was a six time All Star and was also a World Series MVP, with the Detroit Tigers in 1984.
