This 1981-82 O-Pee-Chee Paul Coffey Rookie card features one of the best defensemen in the history of the NHL. One of the top rookie cards of a d-man of all time, this one is surprisingly affordable on the open market. A great target for 1980s hockey card collectors, more serious collectors may want to try and buy a copy of this card (or his Topps rookie) that has been professionally graded. Coffey won four Stanley Cups, was a perennial All Star, and holds many NHL records. He played for the Edmonton Oilers, the Pittsburgh Penguins, the Los Angeles Kings, the Detroit Red Wings, the Hartford Whalers, the Philadelphia Flyers, the Chicago Blackhawks, the Carolina Hurricanes, and the Boston Bruins over his his 21 year career. Coffey is a member of the Hockey Hall of Fame.
