Though Francis currently ranks among the all time league leaders in a number of categories, this rookie card can be very affordable on the open market, even in mint condition. Featuring Francis in his classic Hartford Whalers jersey, this card is a great target for any 1980s hockey card collector as it is one of the best bargains in 1980s cards. Francis is currently ranked in the top 10 in NHL career points, assists, and games played. The four time All Star won Stanley Cups with the Pittsburgh Penguins in 1991 and 1992. A 2007 inductee into the Hockey Hall of Fame, Francis had over 500 career goals despite never scoring more than 32 in a season.
