1983 Topps Marcus Allen

This 1983 Topps Marcus Allen rookie card is the first card of the great NFL running back. Despite being a double print, this card is very popular with collectors. However, because this rookie card is a double print and Allen's star has not endured through the years since his retirement this card is very affordable on the open market. It is a great target for any 1980s football card collector and a must for any Marcus Allen card collector. Allen would go on to be a six time Pro Bowler, the 1985 NFL MVP and the MVP of Super Bowl XVIII. He rushed for over 12,000 yards in his career with the Los Angeles Raiders and Kansas City Chiefs. Allen was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2003.
