1984-85 O-Pee-Chee Doug Gilmour

This 1984-85 O-Pee-Chee Doug Gilmour rookie card is a great rookie card from a set full of great rookie cards, featuring a young Gilmour on the St. Louis Blues, Though it has come down in price over the years, there was a time when this was one of the hottest hockey cards on the market. Now it is overshawdowed by a number of great 1980s hockey rookie cards, but it is still a decent buy target for any St. Louis Blues of Toronto Maple Leafs collectors. Besides the Blues and Leafs, Gilmour also skated for the Calgary Flames, New Jersey Devils, Chicago Blackhawks, Buffalo Sabres, and Montreal Canadiens before he retired in 2003. Gilmour won a Stanley Cup with the Flames in 1989 and was considered one of the best forwards of his time.
