This 1984 Fleer Update Dwight Gooden Rookie card is the first ever baseball card of the former New York Mets pitcher. Dwight "Dr. K" Gooden was one of the most dominant pitchers in the game before his career took a wrong turn because of drug abuse. Despite this and a string of injuries, Gooden would end his career with three World Series Wins and would even go on to pitch a no-hitter in 1996.
