Fleer This 1986-87 Fleer Charles Barkley rookie card is the first card of Sir Charles. Coming from the great 1987-87 Fleer basketball card set, this rookie card is arguably the second best card from the set behind the Michael Jordan rookie card. In the right condition this rookie card can be downright expensive on the open market. This card will also probably have some enduring value as Barkley continues to be a star years after his retirement. Barkley was an eleven time All Star and former NBA MVP. Through his career he would star for the Philadelphia 76ers, Phoenix Suns, and Houston Rockets. He was inducted into the Basketball Hall of Fame in 1996.
