Fleer This 1986-87 Fleer Joe Dumars card is the rookie card of the current Detroit Pistons' President of Basketball Operations. Yet another Hall of Fame rookie card from the great 1986-87 Fleer basketball card set, this one is perhaps the most underrated rookie card in the set. Despite being a rookie card of a superstar Hall of Famer, this rookie card is very affordable on the open market. It is an absolute must for any Detroit Pistons collector. Dumars was a two time NBA Champion and six time All Star. He was inducted into the Basketball Hall of Fame in 2006.
