1986 Donruss Paul O'Neill

This 1986 Donruss Paul O'Neill rookie card is the first card of a player who many feel is one of the most underrated players of his era. Coming from a 1986 Donruss baseball card set which featured a few decent rookies but no lasting superstars, this card is among the most popular cards of the set. Though this affordable card flew under the radar for many years, many collectors dug this out of their collections when O'Neill starred for the New York Yankees dynasty of the late 1990s. Despite winning a World Series Championship with his hometown Cincinnati Reds in 1990, O'Neill is most famous for leading the Yankees to four titles. The 1994 American League batting champion was a five time All Star and one of the better right fielders in the game for over a decade.
