1987 Topps Jerry Rice

This 1987 Topps Jerry Rice football card is the second year card of the great former NFL wide receiver. Despite that fact that there are a few decent rookie cards in the 1987 Topps football card set, many feel that this Rice card is the best card of the set. Though the 1987 Topps set is a very attractive set, this card is very affordable on the open market. It is a great target for any 1980s football card collector and is a must for any Rice collector who doesn't want to splurge for Rice's 1986 Topps rookie card. Few probably really know why Rice looks like he's preparing to throw a pass in the photo on this card.
