Fleer This 1988-89 Fleer Scottie Pippen rookie card is the first year card of the former Chicago Bulls forward. Though this Fleer rookie card can be very affordable in acceptable ungraded condition, if graded mint, it can be very expensive. Though it comes from a 1988-89 Fleer basketball set chock full of great rookie cards and Pippen was often overlooked on his own team as fans flocked to Michael Jordan, this Pippen rookie card has never been overlooked by collectors. Scottie Pippen is a six time NBA Champion and seven time All Star. He was a member of two Olympic Gold Medal winning basketball teams including the 1992 Dream Team. Pippen was inducted into the basketball Hall of Fame in 2010.
