1988 Fleer Update Craig Biggio

This 1988 Fleer Update Craig Biggio rookie card is the first baseball card of the Houston Astros' legend. It took Biggio a few years to attain his stardom and he is still considered by many to have been underrated throughout his career, so this card was never really as popular as most feel it should have been. It will be interesting to see if Craig Biggio cards attain the popularity after his career that they were never able to achieve when he was an active player and perrenial big league star. Featured as a catcher on this card, Biggio would eventually become a second baseman. He was a seven time All Star and was named to the team at both positions. Biggio is a member of the 3000 hit club and racked up all of his hits for the Astros, the team for which he played his entire 20 year career.
