1989 Bowman Ken Griffey Jr.

This 1989 Bowman Ken Griffey Jr. rookie card is another first year card of the Seattle Mariners superstar and hobby legend. Marking the first year back for Bowman, the company decided to go with a retro theme with classic sized cards and just a facsimile autograph of the player on the front. This set did not go over too well but the Griffey Jr. card will continue to sell for years.
