Topps Traded This 1989 Topps Traded Ken Griffey Jr. is the first Topps card of the future Hall of Famer and fan favorite. Although Topps missed him in their regular 1989 set unlike other companies like Fleer, Donruss, and Upper Deck , they would no doubt put him in the traded set as Griffey was the biggest sell in collecting that year. This has resulted in this card probably being the least commonly seen standard Ken Griffey Jr. rookie card. Though it is not as recognizable as his other rookie cards, it is not rare by any stretch of the imagination and it can be had for a modest price.
