1989 Upper Deck Gary Sheffield

This 1989 Upper Deck Gary Sheffield rookie features the young slugger as a Milwaukee Brewer. Though it not the nicest card of the inagural 1989 Upper Deck baseball card set (that honor surely belongs to the Ken Griffey Jr. rookie card), it is a very nice rookie card of a great player. Because it is not too expensive on the open market these days, it is a great target for any 1980s baseball card collectors. Sheffield is a nine time All Star and has a World Series Ring. He has also played for the San Diego Padres, Florida Marlins, Los Angeles Dodgers, Atlanta Braves, New York Yankees, Detroit Tigers, and New York Mets in his career which has spanned two decades.
