This 1990-91 Score Eric Lindros rookie card is the first card of a player who was once the most hyped player in sports. Declaring him a 'Future Superstar', Score beat the pack to issuing an officially licensed Lindros rookie card and as a result this card was the hottest card on the hockey card market for a short time. Today it is very affordable and is an easy target for any Philadelphia Flyers fan. Drafted first overall in the 1991 NHL Draft by the Quebec Nordiques, Lindros refused to play up north and was traded to the Flyers for a package of players including Peter Forsberg and a serious chuck of cash. Despite being awarded the Hart Trophy in 1995, Lindros' career is considered a disappointment by most hockey fans.
