1991-92 Pinnacle Nicklas Lidstrom

This 1991-92 Pinnacle Nicklas Lidstrom rookie card is a first card of the great Detroit Red Wings' rearguard. Though it is not the most expensive hockey card on the market, the value of this card does not even close to match the greatness of the player featured on it. This is a great card for any 1990s hockey card collection. Lidstrom, a ten time All Star and future Hall of Famer, is widely considered one of the best defensemen of all time. Pictured here as a twenty year old, Lidstrom would go on to win six Norris Trophies as the NHL's best defenseman. A third round pick in the 1989 NHL entry draft, Lidstrom has helped the Detroit Red Wings make the playoffs in every year of his long career. He has led them to four Stanley Cups and was the 2001-02 Conn Smythe Trophy Winner.
