1991 Upper Deck Final Edition Jim Thome

The first card of the prolific slugger, this 1991 Upper Deck Final Edition Jim Thome rookie card features a picture of the then very young Cleveland Indians Third Baseman. Not a big time prospect coming up, this card flew below the radar for a few years before Thome began to establish himself as one of the top power hitters in the game. Thome has gone on to amass over 550 home runs playing for five different MLB ball clubs. Despite the fact that he will finish his career with top ten power numbers, this rookie card is very affordable. It is a must for Thome collectors as they will have no problem affording it even if it is professionally graded. He will no doubt garner strong Hall of Fame consideration when he decides to hang em up.
