Though it is not Shaq's best rookie card, this one is a bit underrated in the eyes of many Shaq collectors. That could be looked at as a good thing because this attractive card can be had for just a buck or two on the open market. Most well known as a basketball player (and a bit notorious as an actor), Shaq is a four time NBA Champion and a future Hall of Famer.

does any one know why these cards have lost so much value. when I first bought them the cheapest was like 10 dollars
Well...it could be overproduction. Or maybe it's just the general decline of the hobby. A card like this wouldn't be all that cheap in graded mint condition though.
I remember the year this card came out, Shaq and Alonzo Mourning rookie cards were huge.
