Even though it looks more like a bad senior picture than an officially licensed baseball card, this card is very valuable because the young man pictured has become one of the most dominating pitchers in baseball history. The Panamanian right-hander has been an All Star eleven times and has been a part of five World Championship teams since being signed by the New York Yankees in 1990. His is considered by most to be the best relief pitcher of all time.
