1997-98 Topps Tim Duncan

This 1997-98 Topps Tim Duncan rookie card is the first card of one of the most dominating players of his time. Featuring an action shot of a young Duncan, this card is not very expensive on the open market. Serious Duncan collectors will probably opt for the Topps Chrome version of this card. The first overall pick in the 1997 NBA Draft by the San Antonio Spurs, Duncan teamed up with veteran David Robinson to form the duo known as the "Twin Towers" and immediately made the Spurs one of the top teams in the league. The 6'11" forward/center would go on to become a twelve time All Star, four time NBA Champion, three time NBA Finals MVP, and two time NBA regular season MVP. Duncan is clearly a future Hall of Famer.
