2002-03 Upper Deck Ryan Miller

The 2002-03 Upper Deck Ryan Miller rookie card is a great first year of one of the world's top goaltenders. This particular Young Guns rookie card is not quite as expensive as one would think and because Miller is one of a small handful of current NHL superstars, this card can be a big bargain on the market for Buffalo Sabres collectors and contemporary hockey card collectors in general. Breaking into the league just before the lockout, it took a few years before Miller was finally recognized as a star in the NHL. Along with leading the Sabres deep into the playoffs multiple times, Miller's claim to fame will be as the starting goalie for Team USA in the 2010 Olympics where he nearly led the Americans to the Gold Medal.
